Role Overview:We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Data Analytics Manager to join our team. As a valuable member of our company, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive performance. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our business and help millions of women discover the power of a well-fitting bra. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using PowerBI to track performance across the organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct analyses, including predictive LTV models, cohort retention forecasts, and promotional ROI evaluations Partner with Marketing leadership to assess channel efficiency and customer behavior to support performance marketing and omni-channel strategy Present clear and concise insights to senior leadership and stakeholders Design and improve our data infrastructure, utilizing best practices for data collection, management, and reporting Manage and troubleshoot ELT processes to ensure seamless data integration from multiple sources within our data warehouse Establish a data dictionary and standardized metrics to ensure consistency across teams Lead the development of data roadmaps and promote data-driven decision-making across departments Educate and train teams on data best practices and drive adoption of a data framework for translating business questions into actionable insights Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role, with at least 3 years in a fast-growing e-commerce, retail, apparel, or physical consumer products company Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker Experience working with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central reporting Ability to manage ELT processes using tools like Airbyte, Fivetran, and Snowflake Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights High ethical standards and the ability to make decisions that align with our values Willingness to take on a hands-on approach and deliver under pressure Highly analytical and intellectually curious, with the ability to manage projects independently Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple information sources Adaptable, a continuous learner, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Pepper Values: Curiosity: We are relentless in our quest to understand and serve our community.
