Bupa is seeking an experienced and strategic Ancillary Partnerships Account Manager to play a key role in the execution of our network and partnership strategies. This role will be responsible for implementing an elevated level of analytical and risk management strategies in the onboarding and management of ancillary providers contracted to Bupa. The growth in ancillary networks needs to ensure delivery of the best possible health outcomes for members at a sustainable cost to the business. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong ability to manage complex partnerships and leverage analytical insights to optimize provider performance. Experience with Ancillary Providers and Contracts with a proven background in dealing with ancillary providers and managing contracts is highly desirable. Strong collaborative and relationship building skills. A strong track record in risk management, forecasting, and reporting, with the ability to drive strategic decisions based on data and insights. Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder relationships, including the development and execution of strategies. Experience in collaborating with external bodies such as professional associations and regulatory agencies. Proven Track Record to meet deadlines and deliver results in high-pressure, high-volume environments. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. A proactive, enthusiastic team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings and can adapt quickly to changing demands. Ability to negotiate effectively and find mutually beneficial solutions. Highly organised and excellent time management skills. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing complex stakeholder relationships. Ability to work independently, taking ownership of projects. High levels of computer literacy, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams. A solid understanding of relevant legislation, including the National Health Act, Privacy Act (Commonwealth), and other related regulatory frameworks.
