Application Project Manager 6 months initial contract with a potential extension up to 2026 Based in Joondalup, Hybrid workplace Skills: Extensive experience in managing multiple application projects Role Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and testing of new and upgraded applications, ensuring alignment with the construction schedule. It involves leading the end-to-end delivery of complex ICT projects, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, and ensuring adherence to organizational methodologies and controls. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including change management and benefit realization. Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships across multiple organizations. Lead project resources and ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery. Produce high-quality project documentation and manage project budgets and schedules. Ensure compliance with university policies, especially around security and risk management. Qualifications & Skills Extensive experience in IT project management, with a focus on digital signage, workplace management, and technology integration projects. Proven expertise in change management and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and excellent documentation skills. Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of developing and guiding high-performing teams. Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex projects and deliver successful outcomes.
