Novita provides early intervention, rehabilitation, therapy, assistive technology and disability services to more than 4,300 people living with disability, as well as support for their families and carers. Job Description Novita is seeking a motivated and skilled Application Support Analyst/Developer to play a vital role in maintaining, enhancing, and ensuring the seamless operation of our corporate applications. You will be responsible for: Supporting the maintenance, development, and enhancement of corporate applications and databases. Assisting in creating, updating, and maintaining reports using Power BI and SSRS. Contributing to system integrations and API development to improve functionality. Participating in project work, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment. Collaborating with team members to identify and implement technical solutions. Desired Skills and Experience Knowledge, Experience & Skills Proficiency in C# and .NET development fundamentals. Basic understanding of SQL and relational database concepts. Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS). Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience with .NET Core, Blazor, or similar frameworks. Solid understanding of SQL Server and database design principles. Familiarity with Azure cloud services and RESTful API development. Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate). Awareness of industry security standards (e.g., ISO 27001). Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, including integration and customisation. We’re serious about safeguarding our clients. Remuneration Package and Benefits You’ll receive a salary commensurate with the experience you bring to the role. A fully maintained fleet vehicle is available for work and personal use. Additionally, you can salary package up to $15,900 per annum, decreasing your taxable income and increasing your take-home pay.
