About the Role: As a Technical Application Support Analyst, you will troubleshoot system, integration, and application issues, ensuring a seamless user experience. Combining technical expertise with strong customer service skills, you’ll diagnose and resolve customer-reported problems while supporting system operations to maintain high customer satisfaction. Role & Responsibilities: Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers to keep them informed of progress and solutions. Data management of our CRM and other applications. Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and customer support documentation. Share knowledge with internal teams to improve support processes and technical understanding. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., developers, analysts) to resolve complex customer issues. Escalate critical problems to the appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of customer communication until resolution. Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Health or a related field. Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce and/or Dynamics preferred). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn about our industry and processes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively. Tech-savvy with a strong ability to quickly learn, navigate, and troubleshoot various computer systems and software applications. Experience in customer training and onboarding desirable.
