This role forms part of our national Information Technology (IT) team at Hall & Wilcox which consists of approximately 23 team members nationally. This role can be based across any of our office locations, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Newcastle, Adelaide, Canberra and Darwin. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Maintaining and monitoring the entire iManage environment; Be an escalation point for helpdesk for troubleshooting iManage related issues and provide third level support; SQL server administration, scripting and reporting; Responding to major application issues and outages; Facilitating large document imports and exports for new starters and leavers; Liaising with external iManage support companies and providing project support; Supporting iManage admin tools such as Security Policy Manager, Archive manager, Threat Manager, RBRO services; Applying application and operating system updates on iManage and associated servers; Managing document disposition process for various clients; Configuring and maintaining custom workspace folder structures; Testing and implementing new structures on existing workspaces; Development and maintenance of workflows created for various business processes using Intapp and power automate; and Implementation of solutions for document retention policies. About You: You will ideally have the following skills and experience: Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science; Possess knowledge of Document Management Systems including:iManage RBRO SQL Database scripting Possess knowledge of Microsoft 365 platforms; Thorough understanding of hosted environments, Windows Server System, Active Directory; Self-motivated and disciplined in the delivery of a high level of client service; Ability to skilfully deal with people at all levels within the firm; Ability to work in a team, as well as autonomously; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Demonstrated capacity to co-ordinate a demanding and varied workload, with a clear ability to meet timelines; and Demonstrated flexibility in approach to service delivery to meet business needs.
