As the IT Applications Manager at Richard Crookes Constructions, your primary objectives will be to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT applications that support the organisation's business processes. Responsibilities: Strategic Application Management Team Leadership Application Development Project Management Integration and Interoperability Vendor Management Application Security User Support and Training Continuous Improvement Documentation and Reporting Requirements: Proven experience (5+ years) in IT application management, development, and implementation. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Python, SQL, .Net, DAX, and integrating with 3rd party APIs. In-depth knowledge of enterprise applications, databases, and software development methodologies. Experience managing IT projects from conception to completion. Familiarity with enterprise construction software and applications. Proven success in managing and leading application development teams.
