What to Expect This is a permanent, full-time role working from our renovated offices in the heart of Subiaco. You will join a bustling tech team of 20, and provide troubleshooting, functional and operational support to a variety of industry-specific applications, all of which play a critical role in enabling us to deliver our services. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and strong customer service and service delivery skills. Reporting to the IT Applications Manager you will: Complete user account management and monitoring activities to ensure continuity of access against strict security requirements Troubleshoot, respond to, and resolve incidents in a timely manner, in adherence with our service level agreements (SLAs) Escalate unresolved incidents when required, following the escalation process Utilise the Service Management System to record, categorise, and prioritise incidents and work requests related to applications Undertake UAT for new versions of applications or updates before they are deployed, to ensure they are working as expected Help with the rollout of new applications or updates to existing applications Provide ongoing support and updates to users regarding new features or functionalities Document incidents, solutions and troubleshooting steps for future reference and use Contribute to user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to guide users in resolving common application issues Travel to other locations to provide hands on support to our external users, as required Who We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience in applications support / working with applications Proven awareness of cyber and data security best practices Complementary education / coursework - ideally a Certificate III or IV, Diploma (or Degree) in IT (or related field) Applicants with a background in end user support / help desk or service desk roles (highly regarded) An articulate, proactive and confident communicator Someone with established critical thinking and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively whilst under pressure (and to tight timelines) Full Australian working rights What We Offer When you join PRC, you’re not just joining a workplace—you’re joining a supportive, innovative, and caring team.
