About Us: We specialize in retail fixtures and store concept models, providing innovative design solutions to elevate the retail experience. We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join our in-person team. The ideal candidate will excel in architectural documentation, 3D modeling, visualization, and have experience creating VR (virtual reality) and AR (augmented reality) models. Proficiency in pCon Planner is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed plans, elevations, joinery details, and schedules using pCon Planner . Create realistic 3D visualizations and renderings using pCon Planner , SketchUp , Twinmotion , and Adobe Photoshop . Design and implement VR/AR models to enhance project presentations. Customize and refine Revit templates and families to improve workflows. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative, tailored design solutions. Ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Experience: Software Proficiency :pCon Planner (mandatory), Revit , SketchUp , Twinmotion , Photoshop , Microsoft Excel Technical Expertise :Experience creating VR/AR models and integrating them into design workflows. Familiarity with point cloud data for architectural modeling. Experience :Previous work with multibranch organizations or retail project lifecycles. Additional Skills :Strong understanding of BIM practices and template development. Excellent communication and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
