Job Description

MAEVE is a newly established, multi-disciplinary design studio on the Gold Coast and is looking for an Architectural Revit Technician with Project Lead experience to join their team. With an active portfolio of varied projects, you will be tackling interesting work from day one. The Role: Take the lead on construction documentation whilst providing guidance and support to the project team across all project stages. Collaborate closely with Design Director to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Adhere to construction processes and maintain quality documentation standards. Review and verify documentation for quality, accuracy and compliance with design intent and standards. Address issues before they arise. Manage project team / project resourcing, client deliverables, brief and timeframes. Coordinate consultant information and collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless delivery of projects. Skills / Responsibilities: Min 8+ years’ experience. Ability to liaise with and coordinate consultant input. Advanced technical, compliance with regulatory knowledge. Proven expertise in REVIT essential. Detail focused with great organisation and time management skills. Flexible working with hybrid working if desired. Interesting and varied project work. Fast-paced but fair environment.
