Area Account Manager - Oilfield Services & Equipment Would you like the opportunity to work for an oilfield services company? Are you an Account Manager with a hunter mindset? Join our Oilfield Services & Equipment Team Our Oilfield Services and Equipment business provides intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our team provides technical expertise to meet client expectations in Well Intervention requirements, ensuring reliable and efficient operations. Partner with the best As an Area Account Manager - Oilfield Services & Equipment, you will take ownership of the account and represent Baker Hughes. Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you will build trusted relationships and contribute innovative insights that drive new and existing sales opportunities. Responsibilities: Capture and report Market Intelligence for assigned accounts, including Total Available Market (TAM) and competitor intelligence. Identify and tag Early Engagement (EE) and Must Win (MW) opportunities, ensuring visibility to Global PL HQ and Global OFSE HQ teams. Own the Single-PL or cross-PC IS and OFSE opportunity pipeline for specific accounts. Lead business development planning and account planning in collaboration with key account or local region account teams. Oversee the selling of the full OFSE portfolio, including saleable products, services, and rentals. Develop single-PL or cross-PL, IS and OFSE sales strategies for specific accounts. Set OFSE sales targets for specific accounts within the assigned region. Provide pricing recommendations and manage contracts based on predefined frameworks. Collaborate closely with Global OFSE Headquarters (HO) and Global PL HQ teams, including market intelligence, early engagement, sales, technical sales, accounts, and Commercial Hub teams. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will: Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Have 5 years or more of experience in sales and account management in the oilfield services & equipment industry. Demonstrate equivalent expertise gained in oilfield services product lines or in a professional environment. Be a good team player with strong communication skills. Demonstrate project management skills and experience in project leadership. Exhibit excellent problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.
