As the Area Manager, you will bring Endeavour’s vision and values to life, proudly supporting people with disabilities to succeed in their jobs and careers. This role supports business activities that promote and create employment outcomes for people with disabilities, whilst ensuring financially sustainable commercial operations. It supports site and sales teams to manage commercial customer relationships, while enhancing the facilities, performance, and deliverables within your region. The success of this role is underpinned by clear, consistent and human-centred leadership, as well as unwavering alignment with Endeavour Foundation’s mission, purpose, values and organisational strategy. In this varied role, you will: Drive a culture of person-centred practice which puts the people we support, and their family, carers and/or guardians, at the heart of decision making. Support and lead the development of disability employment programs that promote dignity and sustainable opportunities for internal and external stakeholders. Lead the response to critical incidents and complaints, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines, legislative requirements and Endeavour’s values. Work with external partners to create meaningful and appropriate employment opportunities for our employees. Participate in external advocacy and regulatory forums to advocate for a more equitable and sustainable work environment for people with a disability. What you can bring to the team You are a proven leader with a strong track record of empowering individuals with disabilities through meaningful employment. This role requires strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to high-quality services that promote independence and inclusion. You will bring: Relevant tertiary qualifications in disability services, quality management, or leadership. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the National Standards Disability Services and Quality & Safeguarding Framework or the ability to develop. Experience in a leadership or managerial role within the disability or supported employment sector. Experience in a multi-site leadership operational role across a similar industrial portfolio with a focus on profitability, quality management frameworks, safety leadership and customer service excellence. Experience within commercial operations, for example Document Destruction/e-waste Recycling and Manufacturing for commercial customers is desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Ability to obtain a Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Criminal History Check.
