Through targeted learning opportunities, they will be supported as future leaders of school communities to help every student to realise their potential. About The Role The flagship Aspiring Principal Program is a targeted leadership capability development program providing participants the opportunity to develop their personal and professional capabilities on their journey to becoming effective school and system leaders in Queensland state schools. Over a 12-month duration, program participants will take part in three residential leadership learning workshops, virtual masterclasses, two sets of three-day field experience opportunities, and will engage in a range of network learning opportunities. The Aspiring Principal Program is differentiated to support context-specific career aspirations. Mandatory Requirements Applicants must be permanent teachers or school leaders with the Queensland Department of Education. Applicants must possess full registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
