About Us: Our Work Dynamics business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide onsite solutions. The Role: As Asset & Compliance Manager, you will provide a management point of contact for the JLL and defined client managers in relation to asset management strategies and proactively creating and maintaining a positive relationship with the Client. You will support the Account team to develop, manage and operate the asset management program for the account and ensure the asset registers on account are maintained, validating the register for all required Asset Attributes and Specifications, and render them in a format consistent with JLL’s CMMS Tools and Platforms. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensure the Asset Management tools are operating in accordance with client and account team expectations and appropriate maintenance reporting is delivered, with key asset performance reporting provided in the required format. Ensure CMMS (i.e. Corrigo) asset and PPM data is up to date by managing asset and property on/off change. Ensure the effective scheduling and allocation of preventative maintenance tasks, delivering on the strategic objectives for the client in conjunction with Performance Scheduler. Ensure that planned and reactive work order, asset and life cycle reports are developed and communicated within the JLL account team FM team as defined by the client and senior JLL account members. What you will bring: At least three years of experience in managing and delivering asset management and maintenance strategies in a commercial environment including Facilities Management experience. Tertiary qualifications in Science, Engineering or related field are desirable but not mandatory. Demonstrated skills in rigorous, fact-based analyses that drive creative problem solving, proposal preparation, and negotiations. Persuasive written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail. Electrical, mechanical and/or a related engineering/trade field. A quality and continuous improvement focus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Engaging and passionate about sustainability with the desire to make a difference. Commitment to continuous improvement, motivated ‘can-do’ attitude, and results-oriented. Able to problem solve and to think strategically, with a common-sense approach and initiative when resolving issues. Ability to prioritise workload in a high pressure, deadline driven work environment. Promotes open, constructive and collaborative relations with colleagues and clients. Likes being part of a high performing team. Computer literate.
