RDWSA will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Parklife Metro for 15 years. About the Role: Reporting into the Asset Management Director, the Asset Production Manager will oversee asset maintenance and management for WSA, including the Maintenance Centre, the Fault Controller function in the OCC, and the Stabling and Maintenance Facility (SMF). This role ensures efficient planning, execution, and operational reliability across maintenance, stabling, and warehouse functions while upholding safety and performance standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Overseeing the appointment of service and maintenance contracts for the O&M phase Managing engineering and asset management personnel during testing, commissioning, and depot operations Developing and implementing operational processes for SMF/Depot, the maintenance centre, and fault control functions Supporting the Asset Management Director with operational readiness and engineering systems implementation Establishing and managing SMF and depot logistics, including warehouse and equipment management Leading the Asset Production Team, ensuring performance reporting, compliance, and budget management Delivering maintenance planning and asset management in alignment with ISO 55001 and contract requirements Managing contractor performance and implementing reliability-centred maintenance practices Establishing and overseeing the Fault Control and Maintenance Diagnostic Centre teams and functions Developing and optimizing incident response and recovery capabilities for operational efficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
