Asset Refresh/Deployment Manager key experience must be in vendor management in particular dealing with hardware vendors ensuring compliance with SLA is key. Strong team leadership and knowledge of asset management tools is required. As an Asset Refresh/Deployment Manager, you will be accountable for the following: Overseeing the procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of hardware assets, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and reporting. Plan and execute equipment refresh cycles, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with various departments to minimise disruption to end users. Establish and maintain relationships with hardware vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Develop and enforce hardware asset management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements. Generate and analyse reports on hardware asset utilisation, lifecycle status, and refresh progress to inform strategic decision-making. Offer training and support to team members on project management and hardware asset management practices and procedures, ensuring efficient resource utilisation. Develop and manage the hardware asset budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement and deployment of equipment. Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices. APPLY NOW!
