Job Description The roles of the Assistant Accountant/ Financial Accountant include: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements Support the team in month-end and year-end closing Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements Maintain and update accounting records Provide support in budgeting and forecasting Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements Participate in financial audits Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial procedures The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Accountant / Financial Accountant should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment High level of accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge of accounting regulations and standards Interest or experience in agriculture What's on Offer A competitive salary range of AUD 90,000 - 100,000 A supportive work culture Flexible working hours Opportunities for professional growth and development If you believe you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, we invite you to submit your application.
