An integral part of the team, the Assistant Brand Manager role is to work collaboratively with the Senior Brand Manager to deliver the Bras N Things marketing and campaign plan for Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. Key responsibilities include supporting all major brand campaigns across all regions, supporting all brand shoots, calendar management, budget management, signage rollout, Local Area Marketing, store opening/closing, and project timings. This is an extremely exciting role if you're passionate about sinking your teeth into Marketing and driving a vision and brand in a community of confidence warriors, want to support women to confidently be themselves, and want to make an impact to the good of the planet via involvement in a key sustainability project within the Hanes business. Major responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Being the custodian of the brand by ensuring the brand positioning is executed across all consumer touch points, including advertising, promotions, PR, online (owned, earned, paid), sponsorships, EDMs in store, and packaging. Executing major brand communications across all consumer touch points. Communications/media briefing, management, implementation, and review. Plan, manage, and execute campaigns end to end. Review and action packaging. What experience do I have? Brand/Marketing experience of 2+ years (retail or agency preferred due to the pace). Expertise in managing the full campaign development cycle from strategic development through to implementation and evaluation of outcomes. Creative marketing communications experience – experience working with agencies and briefing campaigns. Previous work on campaign/creative shoots. Highly organized, strong executor, and adept at multi-tasking. Proactive with a high attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Engaging communicator who can work up and down the business, in cross-functional teams, and with agencies. Commercially aware and a creative thinker, aware of trends & best in class advertising.
