Due to overwhelming growth and demand, we are looking for an Assistant Buyers Agent to join our team. This role could be perfect for you if: You have some experience and knowledge of the property industry. You have a passion for property and property investing. You have an eagerness to learn and be mentored about property investing. You have high attention to detail. You are an outgoing person not afraid to talk to and engage real estate agents. You are great at building and maintaining relationships. You can commute to a Sydney CBD Office. You are not afraid to jump on the phone! Your role will include: Assisting the Director of House Finder in daily duties. Liaising and building relationships with Real Estate Agents in target locations. Locating, sourcing, and analysing investment properties within a specific set of requirements. Following through and managing client expectations during the buying process. Assisting with building the House Finder public profile. Base salary + commissions structure. Potential earnings of up to $200k per annum. Learning property investing in all its facets, from one of Australia's leading property investors. A multitude of career progression opportunities to become a Buyers Agent, Team Manager, State Manager or within one of our property management/legal arms.
