Currently seeking a Buyers Agent to join this national brand, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, and join an iconic agency! The Duties: Proactively manage and nurture client relationships Cultivate and foster strong relationships with local Real Estate Agents Source upcoming opportunities and off-market listings Conduct thorough property inspections on behalf of clients Liaise effectively with clients, agents, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transaction processes. Efficiently manage emails, appointments, and diaries to uphold client service standards. Attend sales meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends. The Requirements: A NSW & ACT Class 1 Real Estate License is essential to be considered for this position. You must also possess a reliable car and a valid driver's license. We are seeking a motivated and driven individual with a passion for the industry who is ready to take their career to the next level! Our successful candidate will possess: Exceptional closing skills and outstanding communication abilities Demonstrated proficiency in building long-standing client relationships Strong organizational skills and attention to detail High level of professionalism and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
