The Role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Club General Manager to join our team and drive the culture and performance of our passionate fitness team. You'll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background. This role is for our largest club in NSW and a great career opportunity for someone wanting to get into the Genesis Group of Clubs and receive the support to be developed further into an outstanding leader. Your key responsibilities include: Achieving sales targets Managing and motivating a team Working within the annual business plan and achieving budgets Assisting the CGM in implementing an annual sales and marketing planner Creating business opportunities with the local corporate market Providing exceptional customer service to our members Assisting the CGM in implementing the retention programs of the business Delivering an exceptional product to our members You must: Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club Have management experience (essential) Be results-driven Have experience managing staff and budgets Have a passion for health and fitness Have sales management experience If you are a passionate person who realizes the tremendous opportunity that this role offers and want to utilize your skills and passion in a health and fitness environment, we want to hear from you!
