As our Assistant Creative Director you will collaborate with our Global Creative Director to bring the Princess Polly brand vision to life. You’ll play a key role in refining our visual identity, leading a dynamic graphics team, and pushing creative boundaries while maintaining our signature style. Your work will be seen across graphics, video, photography, and digital platforms, making a lasting impact. Key Responsibilities: Execute the brand’s creative vision alongside the Global Creative Director Lead, mentor, and inspire the graphics team to foster collaboration and growth Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual style across all creative assets Develop mood boards, concepts, and fresh ideas for marketing campaigns Align creative strategies with sales trends and customer demand Review data from social media, eDM marketing, and web analytics to optimize performance Manage team performance with annual reviews, goal setting, and professional development support Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating new design tools to boost productivity Skills and Experience: 5-7 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio 2+ years of team management experience, leading with creativity and purpose Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) Strong understanding of print design and digital platforms Proficiency in Google Sheets for project organization and workflow management A passion for fashion, pop culture, and innovative design trends Be part of a fast-paced, fun, and creative environment where your ideas are valued, your growth is supported, and your career can thrive.
