Assistant Director Assurance and ReviewFull-time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency Details : The Community Services Directorate's (CSD's) Housing Assistance Division is seeking applications from organised and motivated individuals to fill the position of Assistant Director, Assurance and Review.The Assistant Director, Assurance and Review is a key support role to business to deliver an annual business plan and quality service outcomes working collaboratively across all levels with internal and external staff and agencies. The role leads, manages and supports the decision review, compensation and assurance functions with Housing Assistance.Further information regarding specific duties, skills and capabilities required for the role are set out in the attached Position Description.Community Services Directorate (CSD) is an inclusive employer where all people are respected and valued for their contribution. Demonstrated ability to build a culture of continuous improvement and think broadly to develop solutions to complex problems. The ability to work collaboratively and create partnerships to achieve the goals of Housing ACT in the provision of social housing and community services in the ACT. As this role is likely to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and young people, cultural awareness, and capacity to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is highly desirable. Note: This is a temporary position available from 21 February 2025 until 14 November 2026 with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
