The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is currently seeking applications for multiple Assistant Directors to join the collaborative and supportive People and Culture team. Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, we are seeking: Assistant Director Talent Management Assistant Director Health and Wellbeing Assistant Director Workplace Relations Assistant Director Capability, Development and Diversity. These hybrid positions can be located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, or Sydney. This is a really exciting time to join the Tribunal and these roles will play a key part in influencing and shaping changes within the new agency. Remuneration: The annual salary for these positions is EL1 $113,357 to $133,423 p.a., plus a generous employer superannuation contribution of 15.4%. About the ART: The newly established Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) plays a crucial role in the Australian legal landscape, providing a process for individuals and organisations to seek an independent review of decisions made under a wide range of Commonwealth laws. About you: To be successful in these roles, you will: Possess excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships with the ability to negotiate and influence. Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead a team, drive innovation, and a culture of collaboration and outcome delivery. Have experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of best practice policies, procedures, strategies, and/or initiatives. Provide high level strategic advice to senior management.
