Assistant / Duty Manager | The Crown Hotel Revesby | Redcape Hospitality Join Our Team at Redcape Hospitality! Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate, people-centric hospitality professional to join the Leadership Team at The Crown Hotel Revesby. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties. The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, who take carriage of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include: Leading a variety of internal teams as we strive to offer extraordinary customer experiences. Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Flexible availability to fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours. Although experience is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement for the right candidate. Required: RSA, RCG & ARCG (or willingness to obtain).
