What this opportunity involves: As an Assistant Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of Facilities Team services to operate and maintain the Australia Post Enterprise account. You will be responsible for managing a designated portfolio, which may include Tier 1 site coverage/support, providing an excellent platform for learning and future career advancement. An Overview of the role: Deliver customer and property services to an allocated portfolio Develop and manage relationships with occupiers and clients Conduct building inspections and complete reports within governance timeframes Ensure compliance with regulations, client contracts, and facilities procedures Manage administration and organize information for senior management Coordinate facilities works with vendors and JLL Projects & Development Services Monitor and manage Help Desk/service outputs to meet or exceed KPIs Support facilities-related projects within agreed budgets and work plans Promote teamwork and performance excellence across the portfolio Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for: 3+ years of experience in corporate real estate or facilities-related fields Tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities, or Trade-related fields (desirable) Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites across the portfolio Understanding of basic technical aspects of property management (advantageous) Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements (advantageous) Location: On-site – Melbourne, VIC If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
