Assist in managing all food and beverage outlet operations to achieve financial targets and business growth. Deliver bespoke events and a-la-carte service with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members. Ensure operating standards are met and consistently upheld. Support food and beverage projects and initiatives as needed. More about you Strong background in food & beverage operations within leadership positions. Experience in multi-venue operations advantageous. Knowledge of restaurant, banquets, and bar operations. Proven leadership skills with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to motivate a team. RSA, RSG, and Food Safety certificates.
