As well as: Support the Executive Housekeeper in the coordination of all housekeeping activities to achieve maximum efficiency and high-quality service delivery for our guests. Manage a large team of dedicated employees; complete office tasks, including recruitment, training and development, financial management, as well as conducting quality assurance checks. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Legislation and policies are strictly adhered to. About you You’ll bring the following: Previous Housekeeping Management experience in a 5-star hotel. Strong attention to detail with a focus on Occupational Health & Safety and employee safety and wellbeing. Confidence in leading and motivating a large team in a fast-paced high-pressure environment. To be successful, you must: Be able to work flexibly over a 7-day rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays). Have or obtain a Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol.
