Assistant / Junior Project Manager - Step up from Contract Administrator Looking to take the next step in your career? This is an opportunity to transition from a Contracts Administrator into a Junior Project Manager role, working directly alongside the Director on high-end commercial projects. A premium 21-unit warehouse business park is currently in its final stages, and once completed, work will commence on a new commercial development of similar scale. This role offers exposure to $25M–$50M projects and the chance to gain hands-on experience across all stages of project delivery. What You’ll Be Doing Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution. Work closely with the Director to manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee procurement, contracts, and cost control to ensure smooth project delivery. Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations. What We’re Looking For Experience in commercial construction, ideally in a Contracts Administrator or Junior PM role. Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and procurement. Understanding of project lifecycles, scheduling, and subcontractor management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
