Our clients have a mass footprint in Education, Commercial, Medical, and Retail projects and have released a need for Project Managers and Contract Administrators . We are seeking Expressions of Interest from proven specialists for these roles. We will be conducting confidential career discussions with you to assess your experience level and discuss options. Project Manager Salary Range Inc Super: $180,000 - $260,000 5+ Years in commercial construction as a Project Manager on construction or fit-out projects. A track record of completing projects from start to finish. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, understanding of project management principles, and attention to detail. Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction and/or related discipline. Exposure to D&C projects (Preferred but not essential). Contract Administrator Salary Range Inc Super: $140,000 - $180,000 4+ Years’ experience as a contract administrator with a main contractor within the Construction Industry. The ability to work on either small- or large-scale projects from start to finish. Can work in a fast-paced team environment as well as independently when required. Proven track record and understanding of letting packages with a high attention to detail and strong communication skills. Proficient in any of Jobpac, Cheops, Procore (Exposure to only 1 software system is sufficient). Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction and/or related discipline.
