We are seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our team, be passionate about our mission and inspired to serve as a platform for change. Work alongside our Director of Engineering to maintain our beautiful property, grounds and residences. About You... Previous experience in a quality, luxury environment, specifically in hotels an advantage. Solid understanding of facilities management and building/technical services management. Exposure to risk management strategies, and resources management. Experience in budgetary forecast and expenditure management of both operational and capital budgets. A clear, concise communicator with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A sound and practical understanding of building codes and regulations. You are flexible and thrive in a 24-hour operation, adjusting quickly to meet the demands of the business.
