Manage and take full accountability of end-to-end product management of the store. Drive sales to SMASH budgets and targets - take your store to the next level! About You: Big box/large format retail leadership background highly desirable Experience in a team leadership role of up to 30+ staff Mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to inspire their team.
