Are you a skilled hotel professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? voco Brisbane City Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Night Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s night operations, providing outstanding guest service, and supporting our night team. You’ll be an essential part of ensuring a seamless experience for our guests throughout the night shift. What You’ll Do: Lead and support the night team to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care. Oversee hotel operations during the night, including check-ins/check-outs, security, and room assignments. Assist with night audits, administrative tasks, and financial reporting. Ensure smooth communication between shifts, liaising with the Day Manager as needed. Manage hotel cash and billing processes efficiently. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role. Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
