In this opportunity you'll be exposed to both the design & construction of solar projects predominantly in Victoria but with scope interstate too. This is a medium sized organisation that has developed a casual culture with a focus on high performance and attention to detail to ensure great outcomes for their clients. As an Assistant Project Manager you'll be working under the guidance of an Operations Manager and a Project Director assisting with the day to day management of projects. You'll expect to be completing the following tasks: Assist in the management, coordination and delivery of projects to meet Client needs Assist in the preparation of monthly Project Reports, on program, cost, risk and quality; Provide assistance with contract administration tasks on a variety of projects; Stakeholder liaison Assist in developing, documenting and implementing Project Plans We'd love to speak with any Assistant Project Managers/Project Administrators/Project Coordinators who boast the following: Hold an undergraduate or diploma accreditation in Project Management, engineering, construction management or equivalent Ideally have 1-3 years of experience within the broader construction, engineering or power sectors (experience in renewable energy highly desirable) Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation; Proficient with MS Project and broader MS suite Excellent Attitude to want to learn, develop and be hands on with all aspects of project management We welcome all applicants from all varieties to apply online.
