From coaching your team to smashing sales targets and maintaining seamless operations, you’ll play a crucial role in making every customer’s journey exceptional.Leadership & People Development Coach, mentor, and motivate your team, ensuring every Product Expert is set up for success. Lead by example whether it's running engaging stand-ups, one-on-one coaching sessions, or celebrating wins. Support recruitment, training, and team development, ensuring your store is always performing at its best. Keep momentum going when the Store Manager is away—reinforce messages, offer solutions, and lead change with confidence. Sales & Operational Excellence Drive store sales and margin targets, helping the team understand what motivates them and how they can succeed. Deliver an unbeatable customer experience, engaging with architects, designers, cabinet makers, and premium clients to build lasting relationships. Oversee customer sales orders, stock management, product returns, invoicing, and account balances to keep operations smooth. Assist with store banking, stock transfers, and maintaining high standards of store presentation. Process & Compliance Ensure store opening and closing runs seamlessly. Oversee stock control, payment systems, and financial processes in line with company policies. Support stock takes, manage product approvals, and ensure the team is following best practices. Qualifications: Experience in management or an assistant management role in a high-performing store. Confident handling store processes, financials, and compliance. A passion for customer service and creating an exceptional experience. Ability to inspire, train, and develop your team to hit their full potential. Sales-focused mindset – comfortable with targets, metrics, and driving business growth. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. A keen eye for detail & professionalism – you understand technical product information and ensure everything is presented to the highest standard. Why Join Us?
