Assistant Store Manager - Laurent Bakery Kew Laurent Bakery has always been driven by love and respect for the craft of French artisan baking and exists as a homage to the values of a village bakery. Our cafes are a Melbourne staple when it comes to French quality products with a 30 years history around our beautiful cakes, scrumptious pastries and mouth watering sandwiches and croques. Our company is growing and with it comes new exciting opportunities for experienced Full Time Assistant Store Manager in our booming and newly renovated Kew location. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the store manager and the team to ensure stores and company objectives are achieved. Support the team effort to achieve high standards in customer service, product quality and luxury café experience. Work the register, prepare food at our processing station, create amazing coffees (we provide Barista training), serve customers on the floor, and maintain hygiene, cleanliness and French luxury standards. Involved in store operation management, such as roster building, stock ordering, daily schedule and audits. What you will bring Hands on and strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success. Deliver and maintain the highest standard in Branding with our lovely customers. Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management. Ability to achieve sales, wages and shrinkage budgets. Previous Store Manager experience is required. Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties. Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI's & budgets. High personal standards in providing superior customer service. Maintain a harmonious working environment within your team and other stores of our Network. Weekend and public holiday work will be required.
