Role Description: Associate Buyers Agent InvestorMate - Property Advisory is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Buyers Agent to join our dynamic team. This full-time, hybrid role is based in North Strathfield , with flexibility for remote work. The Associate Buyers Agent will play a key role in sourcing high-quality investment properties, representing buyers, and facilitating seamless transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the property market, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert buyer representation and advisory services to clients. Identify and source investment-grade properties that align with clients’ financial goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and real estate agents. Conduct in-depth market research and property analysis to support investment decisions. Manage the property acquisition process from initial search to settlement. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for clients. Collaborate with the InvestorMate team to refine investment strategies and optimise client outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (NSW) with experience as an Associate Buyers Agent. Strong background in customer service and sales , with a client-first mindset. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to represent buyers confidently. A deep understanding of property investment strategies and market trends. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client portfolios. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure smooth transactions. Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for real estate and wealth creation.
