The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in assessing, managing, and mitigating credit risks associated with our corporate and institutional client base. You will play a crucial role in shaping credit policies and ensuring sustainable growth while maintaining a robust risk framework. Key Responsibilities Credit Analysis & Risk Assessment: Conduct in-depth financial and risk analysis of corporate and institutional clients within the construction sector. Financial Modeling: Develop and interpret financial models, stress testing scenarios, and industry benchmarking. Due Diligence: Assess creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, cash flow projections, market conditions, and business plans. Portfolio Management: Monitor existing credit exposures, identify early warning signs, and recommend proactive risk mitigation strategies. Decision-Making: Prepare and present credit proposals to senior management and credit committees with sound recommendations. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with relationship managers, underwriters, legal teams, and external partners to structure optimal credit solutions. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal risk policies, banking regulations, and industry best practices. What You Bring Experience: 5+ years in credit risk analysis, preferably within the banking and finance sector. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of corporate finance, lending structures, and risk assessment methodologies. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment tools, and credit rating frameworks. Communication: Strong presentation and report-writing skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
