Taking underwriting risk for such transactions with a view to distribute the loans to achieve an agreed final hold. Preparing liquidity analysis and internal underwriting memos to obtain credit approvals. Leading proactive coordination with deal teams and sales team to ensure timely launch and closing of syndication, plus leading the associated processes and supporting resources to complete the syndication execution process. Coordinating secondary sell-down of loan positions to achieve final agreed hold position. Origination of new financing business from your networks in the bank and institutional loan market channel. Generation and distillation of loan market intelligence to assist origination and structuring of new financing business. Your skills and experience: At least 10 years with an international bank doing loan business as part of origination and syndication teams focusing on Australia and New Zealand financing market. Experience of independently running syndication process for at least 2 years. Strong product knowledge across the range of loan market products. Having direct contact and relationships with potential participating banks (both at syndicate teams and corporate banking teams) and with potential participating institutions. Deep understanding of credit and loan products and markets. A proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and high integrity. Effective and confident communicator at all levels, both verbal and written, and presence to represent the Bank.
