Associate Director, Customer Technology Advisor (CTA) - Network & Edge Kyndryl At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. The Role Join our dynamic team as a Customer Technology Advisor and play a crucial role in our Go-To-Market strategy. As a certified expert, you will help transform technology solutions for our customers, working closely with Kyndryl Consult Partners to create meaningful opportunities. In this role, you will serve as an advisor and a trusted partner, delivering distinctive value through engaging presentations and demos showcasing our expertise. You will perform technical Sales, Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture functions across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery, leveraging your technical knowledge alongside Kyndryl's comprehensive expertise to develop profitable solutions. With your strong technical and business acumen, you will provide tailored, value-driven solutions that address specific customer needs. Your excellent technical & communication skills will enable you to effectively present Kyndryl’s capabilities, while your strategic thinking will help you identify complex requirements and craft compelling demonstrations that highlight our value. Key Responsibilities: Own and oversee the entire pre-sales process, ensuring adherence to Kyndryl's best practices. Collaborate with Customer, Consult Partners and Solutions teams in local regions to create content that drives deal success. Highlight Kyndryl's expertise in at least two core areas of Network & Edge, including Private 5G/LTE, SDN, SD-WAN, Network Assessment, Consultancy, Data Center & Wide Area Networking, and Campus and Cloud Networking. Work with consult partners to design and develop client proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs). Be a key resource for clarifying capabilities, offerings, and client references. Establish yourself as a thought leader in a core domain by leveraging conferences, white papers, and client presentations to promote Kyndryl's credentials. Drive Security, Resiliency and Network signings in the A/NZ market. Participate in project delivery based on complexity and assist in resolving project issues as they arise. Build strong client relationships within key accounts to enhance Kyndryl's Services portfolio. Foster a community of like-minded practitioners to exchange ideas and promote practice growth. Contribute insights and content to the offering development process, helping shape the evolving global Network & Security practice model. Required Skills and Experience: 10-12 years of experience in network and security management consulting, as well as systems integration. Deep domain knowledge of Network & Security Services offerings and technical solutions in practice. Expertise in design and implementation of Network multi-site architecture. Proven experience in pre-sales and delivery to support sales development. Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions. Experience in Operational Technology (OT). Prior consultative selling and business development experience. Recognised as an expert in the technology and/or solutioning areas, including technical certifications supporting subdomain focus area(s), including Network and Edge & Security (SDN, SD-WAN, private 5G/LTE, data centre networking, cloud networking, Zero Trust Network, SASE, etc). Solid understanding of networking protocols like BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, VPC, 5G/LTE, firewalls, IDS, and IPS. Solution capability across heterogeneous platforms: Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5, Fortinet, Nokia, etc. Experience working and building alliance relationships. Experience in developing “Go to Market” collaterals and point of views. Pre-Sales/Sales experience in Federal and Govt agencies. Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s or master’s degree. CCIE and CISSP certification; any other relevant certification for the Network & Security domain. Kyndryl A/NZ, at this moment, is not sponsoring candidates from overseas.
