Associate Director – Finance Projects NSW State Government CBD + Hybrid 3 months contract $750 - $850 per day + super Are you a finance leader with a passion for driving transformation and delivering strategic projects? We are seeking an Associate Director – Finance Projects to lead high-impact initiatives, optimize financial processes, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex finance projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Drive process improvements, system implementations, and financial transformations. Partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic financial initiatives. Provide expert financial analysis and insights to support decision-making. Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements. Write clear and concise briefs to support finance initiatives. Manage key finance projects from planning to execution. Oversee communications and engagement strategies for the branch. Proactively manage calendars and provide general organisational support. About You: Proven experience in finance project management or financial transformation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement. Experience with ERP systems and financial software is highly desirable. CA/CPA/CFA qualification preferred. Why Apply?
