Your Role: As the Associate Director, you will: Drive the activities of the RSO to provide effective and efficient support for UNSW’s research funding efforts. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across thematic research priorities, faculties, and divisions to develop impactful strategies and programs. Provide high-level strategic reports and advice to senior staff and committees. Foster UNSW’s research profile and societal impact across various sectors. Identify and pursue major funding opportunities with a strategic focus. Lead a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the RSO. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to influence and advise on complex policies and issues. A collaborative mindset with excellent negotiation and consultation skills.
