The Team The successful candidate will join the Corporate & Commercial Litigation team, which handles high-value, intricate disputes, often involving cross-border issues. The team has a proven track record of representing multinational corporations, financial institutions, joint ventures, private equity firms, and individuals in significant litigation. The Role As a key member of the team, you will work closely with an esteemed Partner specializing in complex commercial litigation, class actions, and contentious regulatory matters. The role will involve advising international clients and senior executives on high-profile disputes and regulatory investigations, with a focus on cross-border litigation across Australia, the U.S., and Asia. Requirements The ideal candidate will have between 2-6 years of post-qualification experience with training at a top-tier law firm and experience in Disputes, ideally within the New South Wales and national Australian court systems.
