You will be reporting to the Directors in the Sydney office.Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design innovative interior spaces with a focus on workplaces. Engage directly with clients, understanding their needs and pitching compelling design solutions. Be hands-on with documentation as required to ensure that projects meet the desired specifications. Provide leadership within the design team and contribute positively to the team dynamics. Report directly to the Directors, being a key part of the decision-making process. Be integral in shaping the Melbourne office culture – implement your own systems and style. The Ideal Candidate: Has a solid background in Interior Workplace Design. Possesses experience in handling large-scale projects. Excels in client-facing roles and has strong communication skills. Demonstrates leadership qualities and is eager to take on a leading role within the team. Is adaptable and enjoys working in a family-oriented environment with a flexible work culture. What We Offer: Competitive salary package $140,000 - $180,000 depending on level/title. Opportunities for career progression and personal growth.
