Our clients include major shopping centres, airports, city councils, and more. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver joyful Christmas and year-round experiences. Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with the creative vision and timelines. Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-disciplinary teams to produce innovative, large-scale designs. Manage client relationships, stakeholders, and suppliers for seamless project execution. Create presentations, specifications, and project documentation. Strong spatial design, layout, and materials expertise. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite, and familiarity with tools like Smartsheet. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams. Knowledge of production processes, installations, and lighting. Experience mentoring junior team members.
