Minimum Requirements: Registered Nurse / Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Hold a current practicing certificate. At least 3 years post-registration experience. Proven competence in clinical practice and leadership. Experience in supervising students, enrolled nurses, and less experienced nurses.
