Apply now Job no: WWREQ0027381Employment type: Full TimeLocation: SydneyCategories: Service Desk & IT Support ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an Associate Systems Engineer (Desktop) with a strong background in IT support, troubleshooting, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time or part-time on-site position that requires occasional travel to various locations across Sydney and interstate. IF YOU WERE HERE YESTERDAY, HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN: Providing first and second-level support for desktop-related issues Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software components on desktops and laptops Collaborating with end-users to resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner Performing routine maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and system upgrades Monitoring and managing desktop security, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards Working closely with IT teams to ensure the smooth integration of desktop systems with other infrastructure components Taking service desk calls as needed. KEEN TO GET INVOLVED? YOU'LL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING: Proven experience as a Desktop Engineer or similar role Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the willingness to seek assistance when needed Essential: Current active Government Security clearance Don’t meet every requirement?
