Period of Appointment Fixed-term, Full-time - 31 March 2025 - 22 August 2025 Hours per fortnight 73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available. Duties Provide a high level of executive assistance and administrative support to members of the Commission. Prepare draft orders, awards, correspondence and related Commission documents. In consultation with the Commissioner and the Registry, set down hearings. Attend Commission hearings (state-wide) and attend to procedural requirements including the proper and accurate recording of Commission proceedings. As required, liaise directly with employers, employees and their representatives to facilitate Commission proceedings. Ensure that all files are accurately maintained, databases completed and timelines met. Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure that matters are considered and concluded in a timely manner. Undertake legal research tasks. Experience in workplace relations, labour law or human resources. Tertiary legal qualification or substantial completion thereof.
