Senior Executive Officer, Office of the Chief Operating Officer Queensland Health (Organisation site ( ) )Metro North Hospital and Health Service, Herston Permanent full-time opportunity to provide high-quality, effective, efficient, professional, and confidential senior executive assistance to the Chief Operating Officer, Metro North Health to deliver client-focused executive management and achieve a high level of performance in a demanding executive environment. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with Metro North Health's values: Ensure the efficient operation of the Chief Operating Officer's daily activities through diary management, including organising, coordinating, and scheduling appointments and meetings, including preparation and distribution of agendas and supporting information and associated secretariat duties. Provide high-level confidential advice and executive assistance to the Chief Operating Officer in a complex, fast-paced, and sensitive working environment. Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to identify, develop, and implement strategies and work practices, including the office records management system, to improve the workflow, efficiency, and effectiveness of office work deliverables and priorities. Prioritise incoming correspondence and Chief Operating Officer requests and determine appropriate action and responses to effectively meet timeframes by leveraging individual and team capabilities and negotiating responsibility for work outcomes and priorities.
