Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Attraction & Acquisition Lead to join the People and Culture team in this newly created position. This full-time permanent position will be based at Brightwater Central, located in Inglewood. Brightwater can offer you: A generous salary. About the role: In this position you will be responsible for the delivery of a customer-focused, proactive, and streamlined recruitment service to candidates and hiring managers. You will lead a team of recruitment professionals to implement and maintain a best-practice recruitment service to enable the business to meet its strategic objectives. Reporting to the Manager People and Culture – Operations, you will develop a Recruitment and Attraction Strategy that will identify employment pathways and create an agile and responsive recruitment service. To be suitable for this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience developing relevant, innovative recruitment initiatives to support strategic objectives with strong knowledge of best-practice recruitment practices, methods and programs. Previous experience in leading a team of recruitment professionals, with strong working knowledge of recruitment systems. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of industrial awards/agreements, relevant legislation, policies and procedures, including immigration processes (essential). Strong customer service skills and excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills that deliver effective leadership, build and develop teamwork, and establish successful working relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines and use resources efficiently. Relevant tertiary qualification in HR (desirable) with previous experience in a generalist HR or recruitment position. Working at Brightwater you will require: A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old. A current Western Australian driver’s licence. Australian Citizenship or permission to work in Australia.
